 MASTERS is a typical security agency that employs persons to perform three (3) of the duties stated in Article IV: Section 32 - 20 of the Montgomery City Code for Private Investigators and Detectives.  These duties are as follows:

• Any person engaged by individuals for private protection.
• One who guards property.
• One who keeps property under surveillance.
